Hi, I’m Jamie, founder of Windsor Sports Therapy and a qualified Level 5 sports massage therapist.

As a long-distance marathon runner, I know first-hand how frustrating aches, tight muscles, and injuries can be, especially when all you want is to stay active and feel good in your body. Years of endurance running have taught me just how important proper recovery, injury prevention, and muscle care are. I’ve experienced my fair share of overuse injuries and post-race fatigue, and I’ve relied on sports massage to get back on track.

That experience is at the heart of my approach. At Windsor Sports Therapy, I provide personalised treatments tailored to you, your goals, and how your body feels on the day. My aim is to help you move more freely, reduce pain, enhance performance, and maintain long-term musculoskeletal health, whether you’re an elite athlete, a recreational runner, a gym-goer, or simply managing the strains of everyday life.

My mission is simple: to help you feel stronger, perform better, and enjoy the activities you love without being held back by pain or injury.

I am a fully paid member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists).

I offer tailored deep tissue sports massage treatments designed to support performance, recovery, and your overall wellbeing. Sessions are available in 45, 60, or 90 minutes, giving us the flexibility to focus on specific problem areas or enjoy a full-body treatment. My treatments combine deep tissue massage with a range of advanced techniques, including Soft Tissue Release (STRs) and Muscle Energy Techniques (METs). STRs help reduce muscle tightness and adhesions by gently lengthening the muscle while applying pressure, improving flexibility and movement. METs use controlled muscle contractions to release tension, restore normal muscle length, and improve joint mobility.

Sports deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to relieve tension, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing process. Treatment can help reduce muscle soreness, improve range of motion, and lower the risk of injury by keeping tissues healthy and adaptable. It also supports the nervous system, helping you relax, reduce stress, and improve sleep quality.
